Founded in 2005, this Oswestry based MMA club uses a rich background of martial knowledge to deliver a combination of Brazillian Ju-Jitsu, 10th Planet Ju-jitsu, Freestyle Wrestling, Muay Thai and European Martial Arts in a bespoke MMA focused system.

Personal fitness is a major part of MMA so this is the ideal class for those in the Wrexham, Oswestry and Shrewsbury area wanting to work on their fitness level and are bored of running machines!

Freefighters MMA is the only club in Shropshire guided by a professional MMA fighter and a team of experienced MMA coaches.

In addtition to a wealth of physical skills, Freefighters MMA uses cutting edge psychological techniques from NLP to prepare students mentally.
